We have a great opportunity for a Workforce Development Strategist to join our team.

In this position, you will be a key member of our team, the prime focus of the work entails analysis / research in respect to construction industries and populations, with specific attention given to industry Workforce Development initiatives.

You will provide strategic advice on issues relating to Workforce Development in Construction, undertake consultation with industry to ensure the work best meets sector needs and identify current and future trends in construction and the impacts these will have on the construction workforce. Within the organiation you will be the champion of Workforce Development and organisation initiatives, bringing these to life.

About you:

You will have excellent experience in workforce analysis, being able to work with a variety of data and sources to determine trends.

You will confidently be able to deliver and present these conclusions and impacts to key stakeholders. You will also have strong people skills, with the ability to work with people at any level, great communication in various mediums including excellent reporting skills, and be able to demonstrate a high level of IT literacy, particularly around the Microsoft office suite. A positive can-do attitude is a must.
