We are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator to join our team in the position of People & Culture (P&C) Administrator. This is an exciting new position where you will have your finger on the pulse of all that's happening in the P&C team and will be integral in helping our team deliver an exceptional employee experience.
You will work closely alongside our P&C Coordinator to support our core HR processes, including recruitment, on-boarding and training. Further to this, you will be responsible for general HR administration to ensure our HR files and databases are up to date and accurate.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and as a values-driven organisation, we really care about our people.
This is a part-time position, working 25-30 hours a week with flexibility on start and finish times to suit the right candidate.
