We have a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator on a 9-month fixed term contract to support all projects and work regarding the BCITO's RoVE (Reform of Vocational Education) transition. This will include coordinating information, completion of administrative tasks, document and information distribution, report collation, producing regular reports, processing invoices, taking minutes, and keeping on top of initiatives and project implementation progress.
You will bring your previous Project Coordinator experience and be able to keep a sharp eye on all project factors. You will be able to determine general workflow and direct many of a project's day-to-day tasks and have excellent people skills. You will utilise your strong technical and communication skills to make this role your own. Your excellent organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects will keep everything running seamlessly. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of IT literacy, particularly around the Microsoft office suite. A positive can-do attitude is a must.
