We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in driving strategy and team performance. Someone skilled in building relationships, managing business operations and finances, and fostering team growth. You will bring excellent communication abilities, sharp business acumen, and analytical problem-solving expertise. It is an added bonus if you have a background in the construction and/or education industry.
Note: there will be regular travel involved and it is preferable that you reside in the wider Auckland region.

- Drive our Northern region sales strategies and prospecting plans to expand market presence and achieve organisational goals.
- Maintain strong market insight and promote industry careers through expos, school visits, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication to strengthen partnerships and elevate organisational reputation.
- Coach and guide Business Development Advisors to foster a high-performing, engaged team.
- Deliver regular sales, activity, and performance reports to senior leaders.
