The Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening BCITO's brand, reputation and engagement with our apprentices, employers, industry associations, government stakeholders and our nationwide team. You will be the organisation's strategic communicator, shaping our voice, supporting senior leaders, and driving communication excellence across all channels.
You will lead the development and delivery of our integrated communications and engagement strategy to ensure our messaging is strategic, consistent and aligned with our goals.
Provide trusted advice to senior leaders, manage issues and crisis communications, and support both internal and external engagement. This is your chance to build the future of construction by shaping how we tell our story.
